£15.90 per hour • 12 hours per week • Blackpool (Penrose House Penrose Avenue FY4 4DJ) (hybrid) . Flexible working pattern
Boingboing Foundation is looking for a values‑driven Co‑production Community Research Project Co‑ordinator to support our community‑led research and activism work in Blackpool. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social justice, co‑production, and working alongside communities experiencing systemic disadvantage.

About the Role
You will play a key part in coordinating our co‑produced community research projects, supporting young people and adults to be involved in co‑research, and helping ensure our work is organised, ethical and impactful. This includes:
Supporting the planning and delivery of co‑produced research activities
Working alongside community co‑researchers, helping them participate meaningfully and confidently
Coordinating sessions, communication and project logistics
Supporting data collection, documentation and knowledge‑sharing
Helping ensure our work aligns with Boingboing’s values, ethics and co‑production principles
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to hear from people who:
Have research experience or knowledge (community research, academic research, participatory methods, or similar)
Are committed to co‑production and working alongside people with lived experience
Are organised, reliable and confident coordinating multiple tasks
Communicate clearly and build strong, respectful relationships
Care deeply about social justice, equity and community‑led change
Experience doesn’t need to be traditional we value lived experience, community involvement, activism, volunteering, and non‑academic routes into research.
